Shabby purchase from a charity shop – covered in dust, knobs missing from drawers, large crack in back.
A few coats of paint, wallpaper and coffee later….. I need help getting the wallpaper to look ‘embedded’………… Any ideas?

Get a large old picture frame and cut it to size, surrounding the edges of the wallpaper flush against the perimeter of the back board.

You could paste the wallpaper over the whole of the back then overlay some torn brown parcel paper over the top.

No suggestions on getting the ‘embedded’ look, but just wanted to say how lovely it looks! You’re so good at this Nai xx

Glass cut to size to fit inside the shelves or varnish over the whole lot, a few coats should hide the edges.
